Japanese go-karting comes to London in the form of electronic go karts at Gravity in Wandsworth.

With a daring driving course by day and neon lit night time circuits, this is a high octane opportunity to beat your friends or work colleagues at go-karting.
Pre or post go-karting, there is lots to enjoy at Gravity Wandsworth, an epic ‘immersive experience‘ entertainment centre with arcades, e-sports, digital darts, bowling, bars and themed restaurants all under one roof.

2. Capital Karts, Canary Wharf
Billed as ‘London’s best indoor go karting experience’, Capital Karts at Canary Wharf is the UK’s fastest indoor go karting tracks (and a perfect spot for all those city traders to unwind after a hard day’s trading eh).
As a lot of the London go kart circuits are in outer London or more accessible by car, the fact Capital Karts Canary Wharf is only a few minutes walk from both Canary Wharf and West India Quay stations means this is the most accessible go karting track in London.
Located on level four of Cabot Place shopping centre in the heart of Canary Wharf, this go-karting track is also available for private hire or you can join in a group session. You can also unwind (or celebrate your win) at the onsite bar. Cheers to that!

3. Revolution Go Karting, London Mile End
Outdoor go-karting in London at its finest, Revolution Go Karting is handily located just a 10 minute walk from Mile End London Underground station, between Bethnal Green and Stratford in East London.
Revolution go karting consists of a 550 metre long outdoor racing track packed with thrills and spills where you can achieve up to 50 mph in your kart.
‘Tyred’ of daytime racing? You can also go-kart late into the night with floodlight racing at Revolution.
Revolution go karting in East London has over 30 go karts and is only two stops on the London transport network from both Canary Wharf and Stratford.

5. TeamSport Go Karting in South London – Mitcham
Multi-level go-kart racing comes to Mitcham in south London.
At 400m in track length, this is one of the shorter go-kart circuits in London, but with over 20 karts available and a mezzanine level, this is one of the more fun go-kart tracks.
This is also a great London go kart circuit for families too.

Offering little bit of Mario Kart in Mitcham, Team Sport in South London also offers Combat Karts where you can even get ‘power-ups’, boosts and bonuses – go go Mario!
Combat Karts in South London has 21 corners to conquer over a 800 metre long track which can see upto 17 racers in competition at any one time.
Combined Augmented Reality with real-life karting, Combat Karts in Mitcham is like playing a video game track but in real life. While the obstacles don’t physically occur on the race-track, the in-game bonuses, power-ups and pitfalls become visible on kart screens or via projections – smart stuff!

This brand new (ish) two-level go karting track in north London is 800m in length with nine corners to tackle and a frenzied flyover – talk about driving on the edge in Edmonton.
This north London go-karting track also has a crazy golf course Putt Club – complete with themed holes. So two types of ‘driving’ to enjoy.

9. Daytona Go Karting, Esher
Daytona Go Karting is an outdoor track at Sandown Park racecourse (Surrey) which offers go karting for all ages, including kids go karting parties (the unwritten rule is that you must let the birthday boy or girl win!).
This alfresco go-karting circuit is over 1000 metres long with a fleet of over 30 go-karts.
This means Daytona Go Karting is the cheapest go karting in London with a traditional motor engine (non e-kart).

Go karting in London isn’t just for adults – there are London go karting activities for children and families too.
These are go karts than can be hired for children’s parties. Temporary go-karting venues are available in Battersea, Dulwich, Roehampton, Tooting or Kensington – the ultimate electronic kids go karting.

11. F1 DRIVE – London Tottenham (Opening Soon); new for 2024
A new immersive go-karting track is set to launch at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The fully electric go-karting track experience has the official backing of Formula 1 and is a partnership with Tottenham Hotspur to promote diversity and inclusion within the motorsport industry.
The new F1 Drive go-karting track in London will be installed under the retractable pitch at Tottenham Hotspur, under the south stand.
This official F1 Go-karting experience is set to open in North London will have three track layouts with an opening date still to be announced – but hopefully in 2024.
