Thailand beauty products are in big demand and they are easy to buy from 7-Eleven or chemists like Watsons and Boots.
Starting from just 19 THB (£0.40 or $0.50 USD) and light to carry, you can fill your suitcase with these ‘miracle’ cures, sleep solutions and cool creams.

From eye rollers to scar serum, balms to beauty shots and face-masks to fillers, we’ve been scouring the Thailand 7-Eleven beauty sections taking photos – and some include Korean beauty and Japanese formulation products too.

It is pretty common to get mosquito bites in Thailand (especially in Chiang Mai), so you’ll be glad to hear relief comes in the form of Tiger Balm in Thailand.

The panacea and cure for all types of bites, stings and rashes – you can get a small round bottle of tiger balm in 7 -Eleven for around 50 THB or a tiny one for 20 THB.
2. Insect repellent
Buzz off! Prevention is often better than the cure so try to avoid mosquito bites in the first place as mosquito repellent is widely available in 7-Eleven Thailand.
We found the bottles with the pink caps the most effective at warding off mosquitos.

3. Snake Brand Prickly Heat Cooling Mist
Costing 89 THB as of May 2026, the prickly heat cool mist is a godsend for heat rash and other minor skin irritations.

Using menthol and natural oils, this comes in a handy travel size and is small enough for carry on baggage on airplanes.

4. Baby Bright 5HYA & Peptide Firming Eye Roller Serum
A stylish skincare treatment complete with a roller specifically aimed at the sensitive skin around the eyes. This was one of the hardest Thai beauty treatments to track down in 7-Eleven – it took us several stores until we found it.

Intense Active ingredients include several types of Hyaluronic Acid (5HYA) for moisture retention, Wrinkle Reduction and firming.
Use the Massage Roller Tool and roll away those tired looking eyes.
5. Five Takabb Brand 20baht
A top Thai traditional throat lozenge from Thailand – easy to spot with the five red centipedes on the packaging

Costing 20 THB, Five Takabb Brand dissolve in the mouth and contain a variety of herbs and helps with coughs, sore throats, refresh breath and mucus breakdown.
6. Vita-Keratin Salon Daily Treatment (Silky Straight formula)
Thailand made and in travel sized sachet form, this intensive hair mask bolsters hair repair and deep conditioning.
The active ingredients are Vitamin B3: Keratin and Coconut Oil – just massage it into your hair before leaving for several minutes.

7. Handy Herb G’nite Multi Collagen Gummy
A Thai dietary supplement available in several flavors / formulations to assist good skin and sleep patterns sleep support – to be taken shortly before going to bed.
- Raspberry Flavor (Multi Collagen / Beautie) for light sleepers
- Kyoho Grape Flavor (Original Classic) – standard sleep
- Blackcurrant Flavor (G’nite EXTRA) – concentrated, extra-strength sleep formula – this is recommended if you’ve just arrived in Thailand with jetlag.

8. Mediheal Toner Pad
Mediheal Toner Pad are facial pads usually containing 3 pre-soaked square pads. These mini versions are highly popular for travel in Thailand – 100 pad packs are often available in large 7 Elevens or pharmacies like Watsons and Boots.

These are left on your face for around 15 minutes or as a facial cleanser pad – the Pink Packet is Mediheal Collagen Ampoule Pad which is best for daily hydration and temporary skin elasticity improvement.

This is a shampoo-in hair serum oil costing 89 THB, designed to decrease frizz and improve hair glossiness.
This Thai Dove hair supplement contains Hyaluronic Acid (HYA) for intense moisture and Keratin to strengthen, smooth, and restore damaged ends.

10. Greater CA-R-BON Activated Charcoal Capsules
Hopefully you won’t get a tummy bug in Thailand but if you do, these charcoal powder tablets can be used to treat diarrhea and are available in most 7-Elevens.

With 10 tablets per packet, this is short-term relief of acute diarrhea (we sh*t you not).
11. Navamed
Thailand is so ‘sick’ but not always in a good way – Navamed is available over the counter in Thailand to prevent and treat motion sickness, nausea, vomiting, and dizziness.

If to be used for motion sickness, remember to take it at least 30 minutes BEFORE you travel – a common side effect of Thai Navamed is drowsiness.

Now Thai herbalisers are such iconic products and we see locals using them all the time (increasingly tourists too) to help with breathing and aromatic relief.

They contain a balanced blend of glucose (for fast energy and nutrient absorption), sodium, and potassium and should be mixed with water before consuming.
14. Perfect Whip
We know Perfect Whip skin care from our time in Japan, and we’ve seen it all over Asia including in Taiwan and South Korea. Perfect Whip is available in many Thailand 7-Eleven stores and usually costs 99 THB.

It is one of Japan’s best-selling foaming facial cleansers used for deep everyday cleansing without removing skin moisture and available in several different varieties based on skin type.
15. FOD (Friend of Drinker)
A widely used Thai hangover remedy, FOD is all over social media and consumed before or after drinking alcohol.

The active ingredient is Salicylic Acid and patches are available in large and small sizes, plus they can be concealed with make-up.
23. Baby Bright Aloe Vera & Fresh Collagen Eye Mask
Collagen eye masks designed to hydrate the under-eye area, restore a healthy glow, and reduce dark circles and puffiness.

24. Facemasks
Possibly the most popular beauty product to buy in Thailand 7-Elevens, face masks are inexpensive and usually come in single sachets (multipacks are available from larger pharmacy chains like Watsons).
Thailand beauty mask best sellers include Joji Secret Young Collagen 24K Intensive Wrinkle Mask, a skin care range designed to smooth and plump skin, costing just 59 THB a packet.

A blister pack of Tylenol 500 containing paracetamol is a common site by the counter at 7-Eleven.
Tylenol 500 gets its name as it contains 500 mg of paracetamol and we believe very popular in the USA too – we can’t get it in the UK so we often stock up on several packets to take home.
Tylenol functions as an antipyretic and analgesic to relieve fevers and minor aches and pains (such as headaches).
